Providing quality services is first at Phoeniq. Through open lines of communication with our clients and a clear definition of project requirements, We ensure an uncompromising commitment to quality on each and every project. Phoeniq has established a documented “Quality Management System” to control the quality of its projects by writing "execution plans" tailored to meet the requirements of the client and that particular project. Each project is unique in its requirements and as such it is very difficult to categorize these requirements into standard procedures. A practical and efficient way of improving quality is for individuals to fix problems on the spot rather than wait for someone else to correct the problem. This initiative is continuously encouraged.
Today, all of our operational divisions are "audited" by Internal auditors time to time to ensure compliance with those procedures and with the customer's contract terms and conditions.
